What are the hours of operation?

What time must I have my pet picked up by?


(Monday thru Friday) Checkout time is 8:30-10:00am; After that time, daycare rates are applied up till closing time. (Saturday) Checkout time is 8:30AM- 10:00AM; If pet is not picked up within this time frame on that day, another nights stay will be charged and pickup will be the following day. (Sunday) Checkout time is 8:30AM - 9:00AM; If pet is not picked up within this time frame on that day, another nights stay will be charged and pickup will be the following day. Special pick up may be possible at an aditonal cost but only with the approval of staff before reservation is made.




What is the minimum number of times my dog may be let out on days the shop is closed?


On the days that the office is closed, we let the dogs out a minimum of four times a day.




What’s the first thing I need to bring for my pets stay?


You must provide proof of current Rabies, Distemper and Bordetta (Kennel Cough) vaccinations from your veterinarian. We will keep them on file in our facility. Be sure your pet’s vaccinations are up-to-date. Your vet can provide you with a copy of your pet’s record, which you can give us at check-in.




Does my pet need a reservation or can I just walk in?


Yes, we do need to make an appointment/reservation for your pet. Please give us a call or contact us and we can get started! You are welcome to walk-in with your pet but without an appointment, we might be full and not able to take your pet. But we will do all that we can for you and your dog.




What Can I bring with my pet?


Well, it’s time to pack! The following “packing list”, will help ensure you don’t forget anything important for your dog. •Vaccination Records (See Above) •Special Food – If your pet is on a special diet, we will be happy to prepare his regular food. Be sure to pack enough individual servings for your entire visit – plus a little extra. Let us know if you have special instructions, such as heating the food before serving. •Medication – If your pet needs medication, bring that along as well, with written instructions for administration. We can administer oral medications for you, but we do not administer any injectable medications, so please plan your schedule of visits so you can handle those yourself. •Collar and leash – Please be sure your pet is wearing a collar and leash or is in a carrier when you arrive. You will need these at arrival and departure. •Toys – You may bring toys from home. Please be aware that toys can get lost; make sure items are clearly marked or we are happy to mark them at check-in. •Treats – You may bring treats from home. If you bring treats, be sure the container is clearly marked with your name and feeding instructions

  • Bedding- You may bring your own bedding from home. If the bedding becomes ripped ot destroyed, we cannot be held responsable.




Is there anything I don’t need to bring for my dog?


•Bedding -- We provide comfortable sanitary bedding but if your pet prefers their own please feel free to bring it with you at check-in •Bowls -- We have hygienic stainless steel food and water bowls in several sizes and provide them for every pet. Bowls are cleaned daily. If your pet prefers their own please feel free to bring with you at check-in




What time may I drop my dogs off?
